Hosting and server logs
When you access this website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data, including IP address, access time, requested URL, referrer, and browser/device information, to deliver and secure the website. Hosting and contact-form transmission are provided via Netlify. Processing or transfer to the United States or other third countries cannot be ruled out. Netlify describes safeguards in its privacy notice and contractual terms; the operator must verify the agreements applicable to its account. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, the information you enter (first and last name, email address, optional phone number, topic and message; group enquiries also include group and preferred-date details) is sent to SpreeAktiv GmbH to handle your enquiry. Netlify provides the technical form processing. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for booking or pre-contractual enquiries, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the information once the enquiry has been completed unless statutory retention duties apply.
Ticket booking through Regiondo and payment through Stripe
The ticket calendar loads only after you actively click “Load ticket calendar”. This establishes a connection to Regiondo. Data required for selection, booking and payment is transmitted to Regiondo and the payment providers shown at checkout. Where Stripe is used, it processes payment and device information for payment handling and fraud prevention. Stripe may process or transfer data in the United States and describes transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The actual payment methods and settings depend on the operator’s Regiondo account; please verify the provider notices and contractual configuration before publication.
Maps, locally hosted fonts and external links
The interactive map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap and therefore connects to its servers. This website serves its font files from its own hosting, so it does not connect to Google Fonts for fonts. Google Maps and GetYourGuide links open their respective providers only when clicked. Their own privacy notices apply.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not include its own audience measurement or marketing analytics. The Regiondo ticket calendar loads only after your click. From then on, Regiondo and providers used during booking and payment, including Stripe, may use cookies or similar storage technologies. Stripe describes, among other things, a cookie used for fraud prevention. Details depend on the Regiondo and payment settings enabled; notices and choices are shown in the booking offer.
Transfers to third countries
When using Netlify hosting and Stripe payments, personal data may be processed in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area. The providers refer to applicable safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The operator must verify the safeguards and data-processing agreements applicable to its specific use.
Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. Statutory retention duties remain unaffected.
Your rights and right to complain
Subject to statutory requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability or object to processing.
